Our Policies



  • Cancellations must be made  24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee for the original appointment cost. No call and no shows will be responsible to pay 100% of the original appointment cost before a new appointment will be booked. 

  • All clients will be required to keep a card on file and will be charged accordingly.

  • Late arrivals will be asked to reschedule if it does not fit in a time range suitable to finish the service before the stylists next appointment is set to arrive. 

  • Deposits may be required to guests to the discretion of the stylist. 

  • Children are allowed in the salon for their appointment only. This is for both the safety of your child and the respect of other guests in the salon. Please do not bring your child along with you for your appointment.
